Innova Factory Store

I visited the Factory Store in Rancho Cucamonga on 12/3 and was blown away by the customer service I received from both Chris and Nathan. Chris was so patient with my questions about what was in my “bag” and helped identify some disc’s I should consider, and why. I honestly cannot express how great they both treated me, and how they met me at my current abilities. I certainly will be scheduling a coaching session with this location soon. Thanks a ton!

We sauntered in on a Friday afternoon having just completed a visit to Mountain Pride and my grandmother. We were immediately greeted by a gang of helpful men. These dudes systematically made us feel more and more comfortable, at ease, and entertained the longer we spoke. The show room appears lackluster at first but they are literally in the building that bears the discs! They have thousands of square feet of discs to bring out and they’re happy to do it. We got to try out the side room where you can speed check your throws or toss some discs around. We left with a ridiculously perfect and ideal color scheme of discs and a Friday freebie to boot. They gave us a recommendation for a nearby park to test out our new purchases. All in all - I would love to return! Fair prices, great selections, amazing staff. Win win.

Visited the Rancho Cucomonga Factory store Dec 5, 2024 and had a fantastic experience. Was greeted by Nathan at the front desk who was super helpful in hooking me up with a coach session (even though I should have booked ahead) and sharing with me details about discs and certain discounts available if you buy 4+ or 9+ factory second discs in one go (20% if you buy at least 10). Then I had the pleasure of being coached by Chris Brophy who was just incredible. He really helped me in so many ways, but most especially with breaking things down into easy-to-remember segments, helping me review key points so I can note/record them, and empathizing with my swing and body mechanics rather than a full on overhaul. I noticed gains immediately the next day playing 36 holes. Keep in mind Fridays are famous for being busy (i.e. they have an extra special disc deal promotion (I think it's buy 3 discs and get a featured disc for free)). So if you want more time to talk with the nicest staff willing to share their knowledge (including others I failed to get the names of) AND some some of the legends who live nearby and drop by to share their knowledge, then consider visiting not on Fridays, especially soon after they open. Don't be shy, the Innova folks are super welcoming (especially if you are a beginner) - totally worth the trek (which isn't so bad even by public transit as it's quite simple and cheap from LA Union Station).

Order a Orange Innova Racer 168g through the website and under the comments section I wrote "send me the best looking Racer" to be funny. To my surprise you sent me a Racer with he most beautiful color stamp . You turned my horrible day into something great. Thanks Jason From Oklahoma

This is a great experience for disc golfers of any level. You get the choice of pretty much any disc that you want, like ordering online, only you have the convenience of getting to hold and try out the product before you buy it. They are only open on Fridays from 9-5, but if you spend 75$ or more, you get access to their pro playground with a speedometer and putting baskets. Along with the playground you also get a custom made innova shirt. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area.
